Petitioner proposes to horizon- tally drill the Sheehan No. 1H Well at a regular surface location ap- proximately 1,127 feet from the east unit line in Section 36 and approxi- mately 2,703 feet from the south line of Section 36. The surface loca- tion could vary due to topographical conditions or other considerations. The estimated terminus point of the horizontal well will be an exception location approximately 100 feet from the south unit line in Section 37 (with the drainhole perforations no closer than 200 feet from the unit line), and 1,592 feet from the east unit line in Section 37. The Well will be horizontally drilled to an approximate true vertical depth of 12,250 feet and a measured depth of approximately 20,525 feet to test the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale (the "Shale") and all other formations and pools which may be encountered with a full al- lowable. Petitioner proposes to horizontal- ly drill the Sheehan No. 2H at a regu- lar surface location approximately 1,279 feet from the east unit line in Section 36 and approximately 2,792 feet from the south line of Section 36. The surface location could vary due to topographical conditions or other considerations. The estimated terminus point of the horizontal well will be an exception location approxi- mately 100 feet from the north unit line in Section 23, (with the drainhole perforations no closer than 200 feet from the unit line), and 1,592 feet from the east unit line in Section 23. The Well will be horizontally drilled to an approximate true vertical depth of 12,250 feet and a measured depth of approximately 19,600 feet to test the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale (the "Shale") and all other formations and pools which may be encountered with a full allowable.
