Petitioner requests that the Wells be ddlled on an exceptional sized unit containing approximately 1,951.78 acres, more or less. Petitioner is also requesting the integration of all interests, in the above-described unit. Petitioner proposes to horizontal- ly drill the Habig No. 1H at an excep- tion surface location approximately 516 feet from the east unit line in Section 36, and approximately 2,630 feet from the north line of Section 36. The surface location could vary due to topographical conditions or other considerations. The estimated terminus point of the horizontal well will be an exception location approxi- mately 100 feet from the noah unit line in Section 31, (with the dreinhole perforations no closer than 200 feet from the unit line), and 530 feet from the east unit line in Section 31. The Well will be horizontally drilled to an approximate true vertical depth of 13,300 feet and a measured depth of approximately 21,200 feet to test the Tuscaloosa Madne Shale (the "Shale") and all other formations and pools which may be encountered with a full allowable. Petitioner proposes to horizontal- ly drill the Habig No. 2H at an excep- tion surface location approximately 456 feet from the east unit line in Section 36, and approximately 2,644 feet from the north line of Section 36. The surface location could vary due to topographical conditions or other considerations. The estimated terminus point of the horizontal well will be an exception location approxi- mately 100 feet from the south unit line in Section 45, (with the drainhole perforations no closer than 200 feet from the unit line), and 547 feet from the east unit line. The Well will be horizontally drilled to an approximate true vertical depth of 13,300 feet and a measured depth of approximately 21,200 feet to test the Tusoaloosa Marine .Shale (the =Shale") and all other formations and pools which may be encountered with a full al- lowable. Sufficient acreage of the proposed unit appears to be under- lain by the productive interval of the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale.
