TAKE NOTICE THAT Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc., ("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Missis- sippi State Oil and Gas Board in Docket No. 94-2013-D requesting that the Board grant a permit to drill the Horseshoe Hill 11-32H-1 Well ("the Well") to an estimated true vertical depth of 12,450 feet and an estimated measured depth of 20,300 feet on an existing excep- tional sized 1,000.5265 acre oil unit for production from the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale Formation ("the Shale") in a horizontal Well, in Wilkinson County, Mississippi, con- sisting of the above described lands with the right to place up to four drainholes so long as the perfora- tions in the drainhola in the Shale are no closer than 200 feet from any Unit boundary. Petitioner also seeks authority to establish an eighteen month test period for all wells without any production restric- tion in order to develop information to establish a maximum efficient rate with the right to charge each non-consenting owner alternate risk charges under Miss.
